COVID-19 Testing and Vaccination Requirements:

1.    Proof of vaccination is required. Which means on the day of the event you must demonstrate you received either two doses of Pfizer-BioNtech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine or single dose of the Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen COVID-19 vaccine.

2.   If not vaccinated because of Health or Religious Exemption, Proof of a negative PCR COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the day of the event
