The purpose of the DmT Building the Pipeline Recruiting Program is to target Black and African American applicants for military staff and faculty positions at West Point. This year, we have conducted 4 information sessions, and targeted a wide range of potential applicants Over the 5 years of this effort, we have watched dmT members come through our pipeline and successfully navigate the process of securing an assignment at West Point.
We will tell the story of current Black and African American staff and faculty and provide a platform for collaboration between applicants and personnel officers to allow applicants to better understand requirements and opportunities at West Point.
